IFN-γ：干扰素-γ (IFN-γ, 也称 IFN-gamma, IFN-g和Interferon-gamma)主要由活化的T细胞和NK细胞产生。它是一种激活巨噬细胞和内皮细胞的促炎细胞因子，也通过影响APC、T和B细胞来调节免疫反应。辅助T细胞和细胞毒性T细胞产生IF ELISpot N-γ是th1型表型的标志，因此，大量IFN-γ的产生通常与宿主对胞内病原体的有效防御有关。
