BioXcell InVivoPlus anti-mouse CD8α克隆号YTS 169.4单克隆抗体能与小鼠CD8α反应。CD8抗原是一种跨膜糖蛋白，作为T细胞受体的共受体。与TCR一样，CD8与抗原呈递细胞(APC)展示的I类MHC分子结合。CD8主要在细胞毒性T细胞表面表达，但也可在胸腺细胞、自然杀伤细胞和一些树突状细胞亚群中发现。CD8最常见的存在形式是由一个CD8α和一个CD8β链组成的异二聚体，然而，它也可以是由两个CD8α链组成的同二聚体。CD8α和CD8β链均与免疫球蛋白可变轻链具有显著同源性。每个CD8链的分子量约为34 kDa。BioXcell InVivoPlus anti-mouse CD8α克隆号YTS 169.4抗体在体内使用时显示出depleting活性。
